BOSS Event Services

Avocado and BOSS have had a long standing relationship. Jess worked for BOSS when she was at university working at events like the London and Southampton Boat Show. On graduating it was through their affiliate company, BOSS Marketing and the encouragement of their Managing Director, Brenda, that Jess fell into the Marketing world. Jess worked at BOSS Marketing for two years, running the marketing for the Army v Navy rugby game and also the Middlesex 7s.

BOSS Events Services provides staffing and marketing for many of the large events in the UK, such as all of the RHS Flower Shows and the BBC Good Food Shows. Avocado have been offering their services with the marketing of these events and also the organisation of the staffing. The recruitment, scheduling of timetables and post show management. BOSS are also focusing on building their community of staff so Avocado are helping them organise events and build their staffing systems to manage them more effectively and maintain the current team.
