Evolve 353

 Evolve 353 are a high-end gym offering a very personal fitness set up. They offer semi-private PT sessions, high intensity classes and nutritional support all in one of the most welcoming and community driven atmospheres we’ve ever encountered. 

Avocado came on board in a consultancy role. We catch up with Evolve once a month (outside the gym) where we run through everything they have been up to that month and their thoughts on the next month. These guys always have a plethora of ideas – sometimes too many – so we prioritise their tasks and then brainstorm for anything else. Working through what they’ve done and what they want to achieve gives them accountability. They know that when we catch up we’ll ask whether something has been done and they have to say if it hasn’t. 

Outside of the meetings we’ll help with anything they need us to pick up on. This tends to be proof-reading, researching and their Google Ads. 

We love working with Evolve 353 as they’re so passionate about what they do, there’s no end to the content they’re producing and it’s all amazing stuff.
